Brian Voelzing

Driven by his passion for restaurants and guided by his entrepreneurial spirit, Brian established Beluga Hospitality in 2022. A seasoned chef and reputable F&B professional, Brian brings extensive restaurant experience that spans four continents in roles that have seen him develop restaurant concepts and menus across the GCC, as well as working in leading kitchens across the world.

In 2022 Beluga Hospitality was born, driven by Brian’s passion for working with restauranteurs to create successful concepts that thrive in the GCC’s ever-growing and evolving F&B market.
